  • Booking instructions may vary by trip. Select the trip or travel service you're interested in and follow the booking instructions provided on the trip page.

    For hosted or group trips, your reservation isn't confirmed until we receive the required deposit or payment.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the specific trip description, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Deposits are used to secure accommodations, group reservations, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements on your behalf.

    Please review all trip details and policies carefully before submitting your deposit.

  • Yes! Payment plans may be available for select trips and travel packages.

    After your initial deposit, the remaining balance may be divided into installments leading up to the final payment deadline. Payment schedules vary by trip and will be provided during the booking process.

    You are also welcome to make additional payments or pay your remaining balance early when permitted.

  • Final payment dates vary depending on the trip, supplier, cruise line, resort, hotel, or travel package.

    Your specific final payment deadline will be provided at the time of booking and/or listed on the trip page.

    All balances must be paid in full by the stated deadline. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

  • Yes.

    Travel pricing and availability can change until your reservation has been confirmed and the required payment has been received.

    Airfare, hotel rates, taxes, resort fees, transportation, excursions, currency exchange rates, and supplier fees may change without notice.

    Once your reservation is confirmed, any future price changes will be subject to the terms of the supplier associated with your booking.

  • Possibly.

    Date, room, name, flight, or other changes are subject to availability and supplier policies. Change fees and/or price differences may apply.

    Contact Fly Escapes before changing any part of a trip booked through us.

Flights & Transportation

  • Booking instructions may vary by trip. Select the trip or travel service you're interested in and follow the booking instructions provided on the trip page.

    For hosted or group trips, your reservation isn't confirmed until we receive the required deposit or payment. Sometimes.

    Some Fly Escapes packages include round-trip airfare, while others are land-only packages.

    Please carefully review the "What's Included" section of the trip description before booking. If airfare isn't specifically listed as an inclusion, assume flights aren't included.

  • Yes. Flight assistance may be available for travelers who need help coordinating airfare with their trip.

    Please keep in mind that airfare prices can change at any time until you purchase a ticket.

  • Airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, and baggage issues are controlled by the airline and are outside of Fly Escapes' control.

    Travelers must contact the airline directly when they need immediate assistance. Fly Escapes will assist where reasonably possible, particularly when a flight disruption affects other arrangements booked through us.

    Travel insurance is strongly recommended for additional protection against eligible travel disruptions.

  • Final payment dates vary depending on the trip, supplier, cruise line, resort, hotel, or travel package.

    Your specific final payment deadline will be provided at the time of booking and/or listed on the trip page.

    All balances must be paid in full by the stated deadline. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments already made.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All deposits, planning fees, booking fees, and other amounts identified as non-refundable at the time of booking are non-refundable.

    Additional payments made toward your trip are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, airline, villa, transportation provider, or other travel supplier.

    Because Fly Escapes reserves travel services with third-party suppliers on your behalf, a refund cannot be guaranteed simply because a traveler decides not to travel.

    Any available refund will be determined by the applicable supplier's cancellation policy.

  • Yes. Flight assistance may be available for travelers who need help coordinating airfare with their trip.

    Please keep in mind that airfare prices can change at any time until you purchase a ticket.

    Please review all trip details and policies carefully before submitting your deposit.

  • Contact Fly Escapes as soon as possible.

    Submit cancellation requests in writing. We will review your reservation and advise you of any cancellation penalties, supplier credits, or eligible refunds based on the terms associated with your booking.

    Cancellation does not automatically qualify a traveler for a refund.

  • Transfers or name changes may be possible for certain trips but are not guaranteed.

    Approval depends on the specific supplier, trip, and timing of the request. Additional fees may apply.

    Please contact Fly Escapes before making arrangements with another traveler.

  • If Fly Escapes must cancel a hosted trip, travelers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

    Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will depend on the amounts recoverable from the hotels, transportation companies, activity providers, and other suppliers associated with the trip.

    Fly Escapes cannot guarantee reimbursement of amounts that a third-party supplier determines to be non-refundable.

Group Trips

  • Room pricing often depends on the number of travelers in the room.

    If your roommate cancels, your trip price may change based on the new room occupancy. You may have the option to add another traveler, change room types, or pay the adjusted occupancy rate, subject to availability and supplier rules.

  • Not necessarily.

    Unless an activity is specifically required or included as part of the package, travelers can choose how much of the group itinerary they want to participate in.

    Fly Escapes group trips are designed to give you the opportunity to enjoy the group experience while still having time to explore, relax, and enjoy your escape your way.

  • For hosted and select group trips, yes.

    A curated itinerary may include group dinners, activities, excursions, nightlife, free time, and other experiences. We typically provide final itinerary details closer to departure, and they may change.

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Passport requirements depend on your destination.

    For international travel, travelers must ensure they have a valid passport and meet the entry requirements of every destination on their itinerary.

    Some destinations require passports to remain valid for a specific period beyond your travel dates.

  • Unless specifically stated in the trip description, visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations, tourist cards, and other entry requirements are not included in your package.

    Travelers must obtain all required documentation before departure.

  • Each traveler is responsible for confirming passport, visa, vaccination, immigration, customs, and other entry or transit requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.

    Requirements can change, so we recommend checking official government sources before departure.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

    Travel insurance may provide protection for certain unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost baggage, depending on the policy purchased.

    Coverage varies by provider and plan, so travelers should carefully review the policy terms before purchasing.

    Choosing not to purchase travel insurance means you may be financially responsible for losses resulting from circumstances that are outside of Fly Escapes' control.

  • Fly Escapes does not sell your personal information.

    To arrange and manage your travel, you may need to provide certain information to third parties involved in fulfilling your reservation. These may include airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, payment processors, booking platforms, destination management companies, and other travel suppliers.

    We will share only the information reasonably necessary to facilitate the requested service.

    Third-party providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. Once information is transmitted to a travel supplier or service provider, that provider's privacy policy may also govern how it is handled.

  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors or directly by travel suppliers.

    Fly Escapes does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its website unless necessary for an authorized transaction and handled through an appropriate secure process.

    Payment information submitted through a third-party payment platform is also subject to that provider's privacy and security policies.

  • Certain travel reservations may require passport details, dates of birth, or other identification information.

    When this information is required, Fly Escapes uses it only for legitimate travel-related purposes, such as completing reservations or satisfying supplier or governmental requirements.

    Please do not send sensitive information through unsecured communication methods unless specifically instructed to do so.

  • Fly Escapes takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

    However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, satisfy contractual obligations, and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

  • If you provide your telephone number or email address, Fly Escapes may use it to communicate with you regarding travel inquiries, reservations, payment reminders, itinerary updates, trip announcements, and other service-related information.

    Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will only be sent with appropriate consent.

    You may request to stop receiving marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications regarding an active reservation may still be necessary.

  • Our website and third-party services integrated with our website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, understand website usage, remember preferences, improve performance, or support analytics and marketing.

    Your browser may allow you to limit or disable certain cookies.

  • Fly Escapes' website and services are not directed toward children for the purpose of independently purchasing travel.

    Information about a minor traveler may be collected when necessary to complete a reservation arranged by the minor's parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.

  • Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the ability to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern travel planning, reservations, group trips, hosted trips, and other travel-related services provided by Fly Escapes LLC (“Fly Escapes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

    By submitting a booking request, authorizing payment, paying a deposit or other amount toward a reservation, or participating in a trip arranged by Fly Escapes, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms as well as any additional terms provided for your specific reservation.

    1. Travel Reservations

    Fly Escapes acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers.

    Travel services may be provided by third parties including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, vacation rental operators, travel insurance providers, and other suppliers.

    Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the applicable supplier and required payment has been received.

    2. Pricing

    Travel prices are subject to availability and may change until a reservation is confirmed.

    Quotes may include accommodations, transportation, flights, activities, taxes, fees, or other services depending on the specific package.

    Travelers are responsible for reviewing the inclusions and exclusions associated with their reservation before submitting payment.

    Unless specifically stated otherwise, personal expenses, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, travel documentation, visas, insurance, and other incidental expenses are not included.

    3. Deposits

    A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

    Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing for the applicable trip or reservation, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    The amount of the required deposit varies by trip and supplier.

    Submitting a deposit constitutes your commitment to the reservation and acceptance of the applicable booking terms.

    4. Payment Plans

    Select reservations may qualify for payment plans.

    Payment schedules, installment amounts, and final payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.

    Travelers remain responsible for ensuring that all required payments are submitted by the applicable deadlines.

    5. Final Payment

    Final payment dates vary depending on the trip and supplier.

    Your specific final payment deadline will be communicated with your reservation information.

    Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

    Amounts previously paid may be forfeited according to the applicable cancellation policy.

    6. Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellation policies vary by supplier and reservation.

    Unless otherwise stated, deposits, planning fees, booking fees, and amounts specifically identified as non-refundable are not refundable.

    Other amounts paid toward a reservation are subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable travel supplier.

    Fly Escapes cannot guarantee that a traveler will receive a refund when voluntarily canceling travel.

    Cancellation requests should be submitted to Fly Escapes in writing as soon as possible.

    If a supplier provides a travel credit rather than a monetary refund, Fly Escapes cannot require that supplier to provide a cash refund.

    7. Flights

    Airfare is not automatically included in Fly Escapes travel packages.

    Some packages include airfare and others do not.

    Travelers must review the specific trip description and package inclusions before booking. If airfare is not expressly listed as included, travelers should assume that airfare must be purchased separately.

    Travelers may contact Fly Escapes before booking if they are unsure whether airfare is included.

    Airlines control flight schedules, cancellations, delays, seat assignments, baggage policies, credits, and refunds. Fly Escapes cannot guarantee airline schedules or prevent changes made by an airline.

    8. Hotels & Room Occupancy

    Hotel and accommodation pricing may be based on a particular number of occupants per room.

    If a traveler or roommate cancels, the remaining traveler(s) may become responsible for an increased price resulting from the change in room occupancy.

    Room types, bedding configurations, views, adjoining rooms, and other requests are subject to supplier availability and cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the supplier.

    9. Group & Hosted Trips

    Group and hosted trips may have additional terms specific to the trip.

    Itineraries, activities, restaurants, transportation, excursions, and other scheduled experiences may be modified when reasonably necessary due to availability, weather, supplier changes, safety considerations, operational circumstances, or other conditions.

    Fly Escapes reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary substitutions while attempting to preserve the overall quality and purpose of the trip.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, travelers are responsible for their own conduct and personal expenses during the trip.

    10. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

    Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all documentation necessary for travel.

    This may include:

    • Valid passports

    • Visas

    • Electronic travel authorizations

    • Tourist cards

    • Vaccination or health documentation

    • Parental authorization for minors

    • Any other documentation required by governments, airlines, cruise lines, or other authorities

    Fly Escapes is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed travel, or other losses resulting from a traveler's failure to obtain or maintain required documentation.

    11. Traveler Information

    Travelers are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, passport details, and other information required for reservations.

    Names should be submitted exactly as they appear on the traveler's government-issued identification or passport.

    Fees or losses resulting from incorrect traveler information may be the responsibility of the traveler.

    12. Travel Insurance

    Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

    Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible circumstances involving trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, baggage issues, or other unexpected events.

    Fly Escapes does not guarantee coverage or claim approval.

    Travelers who decline travel insurance accept responsibility for expenses or losses that may otherwise have been eligible for coverage.

    13. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

    Fly Escapes does not own, operate, manage, or control the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, excursions, vacation rentals, or other independent suppliers providing travel services.

    Accordingly, Fly Escapes is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage issues, supplier insolvency, or other actions of independent suppliers, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

    Fly Escapes will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers when supplier-related issues occur.

    14. Events Outside Our Control

    Travel may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Fly Escapes, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, public health events, transportation disruptions, closures, supplier failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Refunds or credits resulting from such events are subject to applicable supplier policies and travel insurance coverage.

    15. Activities & Assumption of Risk

    Travel inherently involves certain risks.

    Participation in activities such as swimming, snorkeling, boating, hiking, horseback riding, ATV excursions, water sports, nightlife, and other recreational experiences is voluntary.

    Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are comfortable and able to participate in an activity and for following instructions provided by the activity operator.

    Fly Escapes does not operate third-party excursions and is not responsible for injuries or losses caused by independent activity providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

    16. Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

    By submitting or authorizing payment, the traveler confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable price, cancellation terms, and booking conditions.

    Travelers should contact Fly Escapes promptly if they believe a billing error has occurred so the matter can be investigated.

    Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel the underlying reservation or override valid booking and cancellation terms.

    Fly Escapes reserves the right to provide reservation confirmations, payment authorizations, communications, supplier policies, and other relevant documentation to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.

    17. Traveler Conduct

    Travelers participating in group or hosted trips are expected to behave respectfully toward other travelers, Fly Escapes representatives, suppliers, hotel staff, transportation providers, and local communities.

    Threatening, abusive, dangerous, illegal, or seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal from group activities or the trip when reasonably necessary for safety or operation of the group.

    Any additional expenses resulting from such removal will be the responsibility of the traveler.

    18. Privacy

    Personal information provided to Fly Escapes will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

    Certain traveler information may be shared with travel suppliers when reasonably necessary to research, reserve, manage, or provide requested travel services.

    19. Changes to These Terms

    Fly Escapes may update these Terms periodically.

    The version applicable to a reservation will generally be the version provided or made available when the traveler books, except where changes are required by law or agreed upon by the parties.

    20. Acceptance of Terms

    By submitting payment toward a reservation or otherwise confirming a booking with Fly Escapes, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any trip-specific policies provided with your reservation.
